About Jeff
Jeff is a loving husband, father and lifelong resident of Indiana. He and his wife have three children. His weekends are consumed with youth football, basketball, baseball, wrestling, swimming and dance competitions. He and his wife volunteer their time generously with legal and other not for profits.
He is a board member of Putnam County Community Corrections, a pro bono attorney for Camp Friend, a part time judge for Teen Court and donates time and money to numerous local and national charities.
Jeff is an Eagle Scout and lives by the Scout Motto, Oath and Law.

Ivonne Rivera, Paralegal, is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice and certificate in paralegal studies. Ivonne is fluent in Spanish and joined Boggess Attorney at Law in 2018.
Rachael Allee, Legal Assistant, is an Indiana State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Rachael joined the firm in 2019.
